Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial moves most people ever make, and too many people go through it rushed, half-informed, or pushed toward decisions that aren’t right for them. I got into real estate to be the other kind of agent: the one who slows it down, explains everything, and tells you the truth even when it costs me a deal.
I’ve spent years around real estate transactions, and I know where deals fall apart: financing surprises, skipped inspections, missed deadlines, and wishful pricing. My job is to see those problems coming before they cost you money, whether that’s reading the strength of an offer on your home or keeping your purchase on schedule through the final week.
I hold my real estate license in Maryland with eXp Realty. My promise is simple: I’ll tell you the truth about price, condition, and timing, even when it’s not what you want to hear. Especially then.
