Who we are

Homes With Sean (homeswithsean.com) is the real estate website of Sean Evans, a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty. This policy explains what information this site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are buying or selling, your timeline, your general location, whether you are already working with an agent, and anything you write in your message.

On our down payment assistance pages, the program matcher asks about where you want to buy, whether you have owned a home recently, your household size, income, target price, credit range, occupation, and employer. Those answers are used only to compare against published program rules. We store them without your name in summary form (for example, an income range rather than an exact figure) to understand which programs people look for. If you ask for your results by email, ask us to reach out, or join a program’s reopen alert list, we collect the name, email, and phone number you give us for that purpose.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes basic technical data needed to serve the site, such as your IP address and browser type. We use this data for security and spam prevention, not for advertising. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, help you buy or sell a home, and keep track of our conversations. That is it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you join a reopen alert list, we email you when that program is accepting applications again and our team may call you about it. Every alert email has a one-click link to stop future alerts for that program.

Who helps us process it

Your information is handled by a small set of service providers that make this site work: our website host (Vercel), our customer relationship system (Follow Up Boss), our email delivery service (Resend), and our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate transactions. Reopen alert sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Anonymous matcher summaries are kept for planning and contain nothing that identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email sean@homeswithsean.com or call (240) 221-5907 and we will take care of it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including outside lending and service providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
